 The following Shelties were all placed in their forever homes in 2009!

Billy is a sweet and gentle but super sby pup it took Billy a long time to start to learn to trust humans. He was adopted by the daughter of his foster family and has gone off to university with her.

Bunny

Bunny is about 5 years old and a female blue merle sheltie/mini aussie cross. She is a little shy girl but happy to go for walks and car rides. She has found her forever home and has moved right into her spot of her new owners heart and home.

Celtic

Celtic

At 10 months old Celtic was great with dogs and cats but little experience with humans. In foster care he showed good manners and started obedience training. He was adopted by a family who always had shelties

Trouper

This sweet 13 year old was abandoned at a city shelter. He needed a lot of vet care and was a quiet undemanding fellow. He was adopted by a senior and quickly settled into his new home and owners heart.

Cassie

Cassie

Cassie was a breeding dog confined to an outdoor crate and then abandoned. She is now living on a rural property with her humans and other animals and thriving.

6 year old sheltie cross Merlin now lives with a lady who takes her for long walks and gives her the love she craves. And she has 4 cats for company!

Mini

A sheltiex American Eskimo this little girl never had any training, never housetrained and left alone all day with resulting unfortunate consequences. Once in foster care she was quickly house and crate trained and was adopted bu a young couple who dearly love her and have started obedience work with her.

Sasha

Sasha

At 8 years old Sashas family felt she was alone too much. Initially very stressed in foster care she gradually came round and started to showed her true personality. She lives now with a very shy sheltie and has settled in wonderfully and loves playing with her owners grandchiuldren.

This fellow was shy and nervious when he came to rescue. Adopted by a couple who knew how to help him gain confidence he has 2 other dogs for company and a huge yard to play in.

Teddy is a delightful young sheltie whose previous owners did not have the time to spend with him. In his new home he has a family who are giving him all that he needs. He even has another sheltie in the home to play with.

Jake & Sara

These 4 year old siblings had always been together and were adopted by a couple who have an agility career in mind for them.

This handsome 4 year old enjoyed people company. He loves walks and was doing well on leash training in foster care.

Buddy

Buddy is a super friendly 8 year old. This fellow was being tormented by neighbors causing much barking and tension. He now lives with a snior who owns another sheltie and has fitted in nicely

Toby

This fellow came to us at 8 years old,had been used as a stud dog, confined to a small pen and then abandoned. He was very depressed on arrival. A wonderful retired couple adopted him nd he quickly learnt the joys of being a loved house dog.

Shiloh

Shiloh

Shilo was a 1 year old sheltie /BC cross who was timid, skittish and submissive on arrival.He had never been taught much although he had managed to father a litter. He was obviously underweight and had no recall. Adopted by a young couple and the only dog he has gradually lost most of his timidness although his recall is still not good and he cannot go off leash. He will chase balls all day if you want to throw them.
